Projects
Evidence of Work Done
Real jobs, real sites — tailings dams, ports, chemical plants and water infrastructure across Richards Bay.
Working at Height on Plant
Crew working at height on structure at an active industrial plant.
High-Pressure Cleaning in Action
High-pressure water jetting clearing buildup on an industrial hardstand.
Case Studies
Documented project work
Three projects presented in detail, described only to the extent the photographic record confirms.

Tailings Dam Cleanout
Mining & Mineral ProcessingRichards Bay area mine
Site Challenge
A tailings dam holding wet, semi-solid sludge and slurry that could not be shifted with conventional cleaning equipment, on ground too soft and unstable for standard wheeled machinery.
Scope of Work
Vacuum recovery of tailings material, with skid steer and compact-track equipment used for access and material handling across the wet dam surface.
Equipment Deployed
Super sucker vacuum unit, Bobcat S130 skid steer, tracked skid steer loader
Safety Considerations
Full PPE (coveralls, hi-vis and hard hats) worn throughout by all crew visible on site; tracked equipment selected specifically for the wet, unstable ground conditions.
Result
The photographic record confirms vacuum recovery work and equipment operation completed safely in tailings-dam conditions.

Water Infrastructure Canal Clearing
Water Infrastructure & MunicipalRichards Bay area
Site Challenge
A water canal and surrounding wetland infrastructure obstructed by built-up rubble, silt and vegetation, restricting water flow.
Scope of Work
Excavation and canal clearing using excavator and backhoe loaders, with rubble and debris removed from the canal edges and channel.
Equipment Deployed
Liebherr excavator, JCB backhoe loader, additional backhoe unit
Safety Considerations
Equipment operated with care along the water's edge, with operators trained for excavation work on unstable canal-bank ground.
Result
The photographic record confirms a cleared channel with rubble and obstructing material removed from the canal and surrounding infrastructure.

Chemical Plant Cleaning & Dewatering Support
Chemicals & Process IndustryRichards Bay area chemical plant
Site Challenge
A chemical processing site, including a sulfur-handling pit, needed process buildup cleared and water managed alongside plant conveyor structures.
Scope of Work
High-pressure and sludge pump cleaning combined with trailer-mounted dewatering support, coordinated directly at the plant's conveyor and pit areas.
Equipment Deployed
Trailer-mounted diesel pump unit (DT-008), sludge pump, branded service truck
Safety Considerations
Crew worked to the plant's own site-access and induction requirements for chemical-processing areas, with PPE suited to confined and process-adjacent spaces.
Result
The photographic record confirms pump deployment and cleaning work completed at the plant's pit and conveyor structures.
